I actually ordered this very same report a few years back in PDF format from David Vallieres and thought the information was decent enough at the time. I COULD have just sent my PDF file to Amazon for free conversion into Kindle format and had it back within minutes, in almost professional looking formatting. But since the price was only $3.99, I thought, “what the heck, why not get it in REAL Kindle format with a cover, a table of contents, and all the content laid out nicely from page to page. Well, what I got was a jumbled mess! A keystone cop combination of differing font sizes and type styles with page numbering in the middle of the text. Sure it’s the content that matters, but this slop is so hard to read, I deleted it from my Kindle. It’s highly unlikely that this thing product was actually uploaded to Kindle by David Vallieres.
